Renovation
We carry out full and partial home renovations that typically involve structural alterations, layout changes, and upgrading ageing building services.
This includes work such as removing load-bearing walls with steel or RSJ installation, creating open-plan layouts, and reconfiguring room flow. We also handle first and second fix electrics, plumbing alterations, heating pipework changes, and full replastering following structural work.
Where required, we upgrade floors, insulation, windows, and doors to improve overall performance and compliance. Older properties often reveal issues once opened up, such as outdated wiring or previous structural changes that weren’t properly supported, which we resolve as part of the build.
Refurbishment
We deliver property refurbishments ranging from internal upgrades through to full strip-outs and reinstatement.
Works typically include kitchen and bathroom replacements, plumbing and electrical upgrades, plaster repairs, flooring installation, and full redecoration. For larger refurbishments, we carry out full internal reconfiguration including stud walls, insulation upgrades, plasterboarding, and full M&E updates.
We also address common issues in older properties such as damp, worn finishes, and outdated materials, ensuring the building is brought up to a modern standard rather than just cosmetically improved.
Interior design
Our interior design work focuses on practical layout planning, material selection, and coordination with construction works.
We develop room layouts, circulation flow, storage positioning, and lighting plans based on how the space will actually be used. We then specify finishes such as flooring, joinery, kitchen and bathroom layouts, and wall finishes, ensuring everything aligns with the build process.
Where we are also carrying out the construction, we coordinate design decisions with structural and services work so the finished space is consistent and buildable without on-site clashes.
